Granary Cottage

Guestbook

The Straw Cottage, what a beautiful setting, far away from computers and electric gadgets. Beautiful cottage and surroundings. We loved the peace and quiet, the stream and the treasure hunt! Hours of board games by candlelight after a hard day's trekking in amazing Mid Wales. A lovely magical setting, perfect for getting my boys away from their X boxes! Thank you Margot for thinking of everything.

The Straw Cottage

"Our team was made to feel very welcome by Margot, stunning setting in the open countryside felt a million miles away from everything.  Lovely home-made cooking, wood burner and a beautiful beamed barn set the scene for a great team day. We will definitely use this venue again, the informal setting choice made a nice change from boardroom style. We shall be alright as long as the team doesn't get any bigger - maximum 25 people."  Wendy Moss, Practice Team Leader, Action for Children.
